The apartment is perfectly situated within the mature and idyllic oasis royal development one of the best in Corralejo. helping to make it perfect for all the family.

It is a first floor apartment with beautiful sea views. Recently re furbished, private balcony, 3 pools with ample sun loungers and only a short walk away from all the amenities.

Recently re decorated to a high standard and new kitchen fitted, with double hob, microwave and fridge freezer.Twin beds in the bedroom and a travel cot available if needed.The sofa bed is very comfortable and can be used as a double bed. 32" television and DVD player in the lounge Fresh linen and towels provided. welcome to use the washing machine to freshen items or linen and towel changes available at a small charge for longer stays.Welcome packs with some essential items available for an additional charge for guests arriving in the evening. There is a NO SMOKING policy in the apartment but you are more than welcome to use the private balcony, which is warm at any time of year.

“Excellent”

The location is great, all amenities on the doorstep but very quiet. Lovely apartment. Well equipped and maintained. Gary was really helpful, replying to our queries immediately and providing us with all information. The complex is beautifully kept and very attractive. Would visit again. (Word to the manager of the complex, the sunbeds need replacing).

“Excellent Accommodation”

This apartment was lovely, lots of little extra's that we really appreciated, washing machine was a bonus! good sized apartment for a family of four. Pool area was lovely and quiet, excellent location lots of bars restaurants on your doorstep. We got taxi most days which cost about 7 euros to the best beach I have ever been to (Olivia Beach) absolutely amazing. Would like to say a big thankyou to Sabi who looked after us if we had any problems with the apartment, (which we didn't) and a big thank you to Gary Taylor, lovely apartment, we will definitely book this apartment again, we had a fantastic holiday.

I stayed in Oasis Royal and in Gary Taylor's apartment in May with my child and my boyfriend. It is a cosy little apartment perfect for a couple or a family with one child. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and it had everything in it that we needed for our stay. A resident couple named Rose and Geoff were at the end of the phone should we have needed anything. Rose met us with our keys and gave us some really quick helpful advice about the local area. I loved the view at all times in the morning from the living room window and pretty much any time of the day. The complex itself is amazingly clean and tidy. In the mornings, you would see caretakers cleaning, preening, pruning etc. The three pools (or four if you count kiddies pool) are all kept very clean. There is an adequate amount of bins for you to dispose of your household rubbish and not once did I see them overflow. The paths are kept really spotless and are very well lit at night time. I would say that the complex is open to public to walk through so just be mindful of this when locking up your doors and keeping an extra eye (as you do) with kids, however there weren't any moments that I experienced any safety or security issues. The appliances were all in great working order and we used them (breakfast, tea sandwiches etc) but not for cooking, the weather was way too nice for cooking! I would say to keep an eye on the TV, one of the channels wasn't appropriate for children (Channel 21). The town is pretty much within walking distance of Oasis Royal and the apartment mentioned so you can pretty much walk to anywhere in the town. There are car hire places all over the town if you wish to venture further and I believe Corralejo has a very reliable bus service. The Baku Waterpark is literally a two minute walk from Gary's apartment and in fact you can see the top of the "Big Yellow" from the bedroom window. This is no fault of Garys but the waterpark is expensive €25 adult, €15 child per day but you get a wrist band and can stay there for the whole day. I had to nip over to the apt when I was there and there was no trouble gaining entry back in. All of the local people are very nice and doted over the children in our group. I found all of the people lovely and it was so nice that people you didn't know would greet you at all times of the day. All communications with Gary Taylor were very timely and professional. He was very helpful with information about the area. I could email him any time with queries and he was always polite. I would definitely recommend that you stay in Gary Taylor's Oasis Royal apartment. we had a brilliant time, I would return in 2013 hopefully!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
