Description

This is a luxurious 3 bedroom villa with its own private heated pool located within a private development, The villa comes complete with air conditioning in every room and a fully fitted kitchen. The Dining room/lounge area has UKTV, DVD and free Wi-Fi. The pool terrace has sun loungers, alfresco dining area. On the roof terrace guests can enjoy a 6 seater hot tub/jacuzzi, sun loungers, alfresco dining with coal BBQ and panoramic views. Within the development, and directly opposite the villa, guests can enjoy the superb on site facilities which include Bar, Restaurant, Gym, Sauna and Paddle Tennis. The villa is in a tranquil part of Corralejo, yet only 5 minutes by car from town and the wonderful golden sandy beaches and sand dunes of the Corralejo Natural Park.

“Lovely Villa”

Stayed at this lovely 3 bedroom villa for a week. Villa was lovely and pool and hot tub were both enjoyed by all. Pool table was also.well.used. The layout was perfect for us. The second bedroom.leads off the main bedroom and the third bedroom was totally separate and accessed from the pool area. Perfect for the young adults with us but maybe not as ideal with small children. The villa complex felt very secure with a security guard on duty all the time. The owner Nikola was always very responsive and answered any questions promptly.

Great Villa very good condition and looked after well though some furniture is looking a bit tired the site is in a good location and well kept. But you are overlooked by the restaurant when you are upstairs eating, the family bathroom listed is a toilet only there is no bath in the villa at all, also two of the bedrooms do not have any doors between the bedroom and en suite just a flimsy bead curtain not private at all.If you can put up with the niggles it is a great place to spend your holidays.

“Villa Heaven”

Our first trip to the Canaries and we find this suberb villa. We were here with our two grown-up children and a friend and we all absolutely loved the place! The layout works beautifully - communal spaces and private spaces in perfect harmony. Spacious, stylish, thoughtfully furnished and sooo comfortable. The tranquil private pool area blending seamlessly with the open plan lounge and kitchen diner. Three very spacious and comfortable bedrooms all with private facilities and if all this wasn't enough the roof terrace has another al fresco dining area as well as a BBQ and a large hot tub. We were very grateful for the pool table too (artfully hidden under the dining table) as we had two days of heavy rain during our stay; very unusual, apparently. The villa complex is quiet and feels safe and has a good supermarket right nearby. We hired a car to make airport transfer easy, so we were able to make the most of the out of town beaches as well as getting into Corralejo easily. The youngsters enjoyed the aqua park and a catamaran trip to the Isle of Lobos. Corralejo itself has lots of shopping and eating establishments as well as clean beaches and clear sea. All in all a great place to spend some family time. Booking, arrival and departure were all very well organised and the hosts were always helpful. Highly recommend a stay here.

Why can't I call Scott/ Nickola (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Scott/ Nickola (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Scott/ Nickola (the owner) a message.

If Scott/ Nickola (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
