This is a modern style, detached villa with a large lounge/diner, 1 double,1 twin bedroom and 2 double sofa beds in the lounge for additional guests if needed. The lounge leads onto a large rear decked terrace with a small private heated pool, the pool is heated by electric heat pump on a thermostat control of which will turn off at 28 deg. The garden is surrounded by an 8 to 12 ft fence which offers you the privacy you deserve when on a villa holiday. A stone BBQ is available for your use on the terrace. The front of the villa has its own drive parking. An outside utility area provides a washing machine and drying area. The bathroom includes a bath with shower attachment, toilet, wash basin and bidet. The villa is fully equipped with 49" flat screen TV with IPTV. FREE WIFI is also provided. Thank you.

The Location,

The property is situated where Villas should be, in a calm location, relaxing but only a few minutes from from the centre of Corralejo town and beaches. The location offers good access to other parts of the north being only a ten min drive from the white sand lagoons of El Cotilo, 5 mins from Corralejo town and 5 mins from Corralejo main beaches. If you wish to be in the centre of town i would suggest a package holiday for you and not a private villa as villas in the town are very few and very expensive. Villa holidays offer a home from home style of accommodation along with private surroundings. The airport in Fuerteventura is situated in the middle of the island and is around 35K from Corralejo. We can arrange private transfers if required for 40 euro each way.

We do recommend that you hire a car when on a villa holiday. You can hire a small car for around 120 Euro for 1 week, slightly less for two weeks. A Taxi from the Airport to Corralejo would be around 100 to 120 return for upto 4 people, the car would offer you good access to lots of beaches, towns and villages, the island is very big and has allot to offer. WE CAN PROVIDE PRIVATE TRANSFERS FOR UPTO 4 PEOPLE FOR 70 EURO RETURN, PLEASE ASK ME IF THIS IS WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE.

Once at the villa, if you want to head to town but don't want to take the car, get the bus, just opposite the property next to the well equiped supermarket is a bus stop, the bus comes every half past the hour and travels into town for 1:30 euro, its just 6 mins on one straight road, the last bus in 8.30pm. If you drive in, PARKING IS FREE, so if you have a drink, leave the car and jump on the bus in the morning to go and get it. Would i walk, many clients have walked to town, the problem is the lack of footpaths from the development along the road into town, also at night, once away from the development you do not have street lights.

“Very welcome winter break”

The house is situated in a very convenient location. The temperature was a respectable 22 degrees for March. The house has everything you need to enjoy your holiday. There is a supermarket just across the street and a couple of bars and cafes. Corralejo is a short drive away (3km) and the road links to the rest of the island is very good. Gary has added a very welcome addition for those who like to spend their evenings watching the tv. I'm sure he will be only to glad to offer the details on this if requested.

I stayed at this property in Aug 2012, after just making another direct inquiry to the owner for this year 2013 i was asked if i minded posting a review, i should have done it already really. We found this house very well equipped and the kids loved the heated pool, i have stayed in villas before where the pool was described as solar heated, trust me you don't want solar heated as the pool will be freezing, This property has an electric pump heated pool, the kids were in it all day allowing us to relax. We had BBQ most days and the evenings we often went into town just a short bus ride away as the owner says, a few minutes away and so easy to do. We found everything we needed on our door step, good supermarket, nice pub, good cafe and a phone/ internet shop, if we had wanted busy then we would have stayed in a holiday apt in town. The villa is very modern and had everything we needed with lots of space for the five of us. The owner seems to charge a little less than most villas with a heated pool so i would say it is value for money and look forward to staying at the property this summer.

Had the best time! Villa was extremely clean with lovely decor. Private patio area. Not overlooked. Gets the sun all day. Pool smaller than looks in photo but perfectly adequate. Marian very nice and introduced herself on 2nd day offering any help. Bus to corralejo only €1.45 ish. If want entertainment that's where to go as not much in immediate vicinity. Taxi back approx €7. Only need car if intending to tour. We had car but probably won't get one next time as all we wanted to do was sunbathe! Disappointed with complex across the road. Could be so much more if money available. Such a shame. Pizza place there which we didn't try but looks nice. Supermarket well stocked and only across the road and Shooters bar staff lovely. We enjoyed happy hour most nights there before going off to Corralejo where there are live bands, great restaurants and plenty of late opening souvenir shops. Loved the huge selection of books in the villa and also the games and DVDs to occupy kids. Perfect holiday for two 40 somethings who desperately needed to unwind.. will certainty come again! Ps a bit of advice.. don't be a smartypants like me and turn left at the roundabout towards La Olivia thinking it will be quicker. You will get lost. keep to the directions Gary gave you!
