NEW cave house new with Pool prívate in cortes de baza Cave house with private pool Elegant and spacious cave house with private pool and wooden pergola located in the heart of the cave village in Cortes de Baza in the Granada region of Andalusia. Only ten minutes walking from the center of Cortes de Baza, twenty minutes walking on the main road, and 5 minutes by car. Accommodation The cave offers 130 square meters of accommodation. The entrance door opens into a long open living room. The dining table with glass top and eight chairs sit at one end, with the sofa and armchair, near the kitchen and the large television on the other. There are three large bedrooms. The main one has a bathroom, with a generous bathroom that houses a shower cabin, two toilets and a toilet. The bedroom has a double bed and bedside tables, hanging space and a large chest of drawers. The second double has a double bed and bedside tables, shelves and a chest cupboard. (Closet coming soon). The third bedroom comfortably accommodates 2 sets of bunk beds, with hanging space and large deep shelves. The main bathroom has a toilet, a walk-in shower, double sinks and a substantial standing storage cabinet. The well-equipped kitchen is home to a table for four and a breakfast bar that seats four. The window opens and opens onto the large terrace. It is well equipped with a large fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, extractor fan, Nespresso machine, electric oven and gas hob. There is a lot of crockery and cutlery. There is even a second television. Other equipment There is a crib and a high chair. How do damage deposits work?
