Set in one of the most suggestive corners of Tuscany and at walking distance from a nice country village you find the beautiful estate Villa del Cardinale. The skilful renovation of an old farmhouse and the accurate care of the wide outer spaces, make it an ideal place where to spend your holidays: here refinement and elegance melt with the peace and the beauty of surrounding nature creating a perfect bond. The strategical location allows to schedule one-day trips to visit the most characteristical and historical-artistically interesting palces such as Florence, Siena, Perugia and Assisi. In the homonymous estate, Villa del Cardinale is situated on the ground floor of the old building. The apartment is completely independent: private entrance and garden guarantee discretion and privacy, in order to give full relaxation. Thanks to the wide arch-glass door you can directly access to the living area composed of a spacious living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchenette and dining room. The polished furnishing, the fabrics and the original sculptures enhance the elegance of the context. Care and love for details are evident also in the night area, where every single room proves to be polished and welcoming. The main bedroom disposes of an ensuite bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom disposes of a double bed and another bathroom with shower box. Outside, the beautiful communal swimming pool, 10 x 5 m, is situated in an area next to the farmhouses and it is provided with sunbeds and sun umbrellas. From here you will be able to enjoy all the different shades of colour that cover the hills and the romantic sunsets.

The swimming pool is open from the 15th of May to the 30th of September.

How do damage deposits work?
