Beautiful mini apartment recently renovated, with new and up to standard facilities, equipped with a beautiful sea view terrace with automated awning; the location is about 30 meters from the sea where there is a private beach with umbrellas and assistance for bathers. The Bungalow is equipped with air conditioning and heat pump, shovel-fan and washing machine and is divided into the bedroom-entry with double bed, bunk bed and furniture, a bathroom with vacuum cleaner and a room with dining table and equipped kitchen ; outside the living room kitchen, a large terrace where you can eat in six. With separate payment, linen for the beds and for the bathroom is provided. The kitchen was made by a craftsman last year and mattresses are cushions have been bought for three years. The cost per week varies depending on the period. The cleaning of the apartment has a cost of € .120.00. The bungalow is located in a very quiet residence, without the circulation of cars except for the loading and unloading of luggage, surrounded by lush vegetation. There is also a parking space for the use of the apartment. The complex is located 150 meters from a supermarket and the two main squares with shops, stalls and rides for children.

How do damage deposits work?
