The advantages of the accommodation:

"Located in a very quiet environment, the structure is surrounded by 5000 square meters of green, the apartment is close to the center of Porto Rotondo and the sea (the nearest beach is the beach about 260 meters Ira reached on foot in few minutes), we list the features of the apartment: free parking available nearby, two LCD TVs with digital terrestrial, electric glass ceramic cooktop, microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer, bathroom with shower , hair dryer, veranda / patio equipped with outdoor table and chairs. The view is the private garden.

The tips of the owner:
The nearest beach (a couple of minutes walk) is the beach Ira. It has a part and a part of beach with sun beds and umbrellas service fee. There is also a beautiful restaurant on the beach and two bars.

The town of Porto Rotondo for the summer (June / September) offers to tourists a FREE shuttle service called "Ocean Sea" and from the major beaches of Porto Rotondo. Every half hour there are stops and one of them is right in front of the apartment. "

Great place. Great location. The apartment is located in a beautiful place. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send LUIGI (the owner) a message.

If LUIGI (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
