Entire rental of a very bright apartment for your stay, near the village but quiet. Illuminated by 4 windows, the main room welcomes you in a bright decor. You can walk, several times a day, in the center of the village, in the shaded squares, drink coffee, go shopping, buy your bread, etc .... The Appart Cotignac is 70 m2 of area at your disposal. The newly renovated rental combines comfort, a recent decor, and all the things made available to make you feel "like home" .... without additional fees! CLIMATISATION installed in April 2019. All our windows are equipped with MOUSTICKS to enjoy the evening in the evening (Sept. 2019). Couple, group, or family, The Appart adapts to your wish, but always in the cocooning. Bedroom 1 with double bed, bedroom 2 with 3 single bunk beds (adult comfort mattress). Come as you are ..... Take only your personal belongings, we take care of the rest. It is a pleasure to receive you !!!! For late arrivals, we have a key box. Travel light, Everything is included in the price: - Linen towels (bath towels, towels, towels hands ..) - Linens (tea towels, tablecloths ..) - Bath towels for the beach or river. - Closet bottom (oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee., Pasta, rice, ...) - household products (with trash bags, toilet papers ..) No emergency for the races on your arrival! Loan of free equipment for baby: bed, high chair, chair, plastic tableware, bath, seat / backpack for walks ...) All these things that represent weight and a budget !!!!!!! !!! The upper Var is a major tourist site known worldwide. It has been rated one of the most beautiful and grandiose to see by the magazine "TELEGRAPH" as one of the 10 most beautiful places in the world to see !!!! Our customers from all over the world (Australia, Canada, United States, ..) Everything is done in our rental to rest after hours of flight. You are welcomed with a tasting of Provençal specialties homemade and hearty. Off season, the price is very low for a whole apartment, for 5 people, any comfort !!!! The apartment is located in an old village house in the center of Cotignac. It is a short walk from all the shops, restaurants and bars in the village. Come and enjoy our beautiful Tuesday market and all the other surrounding markets during the week. In the village many shaded places will be refreshing stops during your walks. Cotignac is in the south of France, in Provence. We are close to the grandiose sites (Lake St. Croix, Aix en Provence, Nice, Cannes, St Tropez ...) The surrounding villages are Carcès, Aups, Lorgues, Barjols ... The Appart is very well restored and decorated, ideal for a family. Open all year .. It is composed of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, convection oven, cooking plate, ..) all is new, lounge Tv (CD player with movies and music available, USB key) WIFI AND INTERNET FREE. large dining table .Bedroom with 3 adults beds (quality bedding) Bedroom with double bed (quality bedding) Bathroom with spacious shower, sink, toilet, storage, heated towel rail (mirror, hair dryer, ...) comfort of L'APPART is also the availability of FREE Nespresso coffee machine, tea, household linen (tablecloths, tea towels), bed linen (old linen cotton, linen, half-breed) and towels. Bath towels are also available for the beach, lake, or rivers. The restoration of our rental was done with the taste of noble materials and respect for the environment. The quality and the comfort are our first choice. You are received on your arrival by the owner for a visit of L'APPART, and to offer you a Provencal tasting accompanied with wine of Cotignac ..... Your main concern will be your holidays , for all that is the area of rent we take care of it (tablets for dishwashers, household products, garbage bags, ...) WELCOME TO THE APARTMENT FOR REAL HOLIDAYS. PRICE LOW SEASON FROM mid-September to early June !!!!!!!!!!! AT THE APPART you will be welcomed as friends or family come to stop in Provence .... Welcome " at home" . Departures are preferably in the morning between 10h and 11h. Arrivals are preferably in the afternoon between 2 pm and 4 pm. For our travelers who arrive from far away, rest and relaxation starts as soon as they arrive in Cotignac. No need to shop in emergency everything is provided: small meals, prepared beds, etc ... Everything is available and free. In case of arrival at a moment of closure of the tourist office, documentation is on hand to prepare your day. A safe is available in the rental. For little more you can rent "The other house" in Cotignac (house with garden, same owner) !!!!!

“Nice apartment with everything you need..”

This apartment is perfectly situated within walking distance to lovely Cotignac. The owner is very friendly and even cooked several specialities of provence with a bottle of wine,and left them in our refrigerator.Delicious! This location would have received a 5 from us except the parking was sometimes a problem and the outside entry to the apartment could have used some sprucing up in order to match the interior!

Owner's reply: I am sorry that you have had difficulties to park your car but all the parking lots are marked in the book of welcome .... there have been during a few days of work exeptionnels, but the others were available ... For the outside courtyard, there is a bench, a table that you could use. A garden chair is also available for tea outside.
