Chalet sleeps 8 comfortably. Located 90 minutes north of Toronto close to the shores of Georgian Bay, an area renowned for its recreation, tourist attractions and nightlife.

This private cozy detached two-story chalet is set on a one-acre lot in a beautiful natural setting with lush trees and greenery.

Main floor features a spacious open concept living room, with a gas fireplace, cathedral ceilings, wood beams and oak floors. Enjoy access to Smart TV, free unlimited WiFi and DVD player.

Fully equipped modern day kitchen, with all amenities of home ie: dishwasher, pots/pans, toaster, toaster oven, coffee machine, blender etc. Spacious and comfortable dining area along with bathroom. Walkout from living room to a 800 sq ft private deck with barbecue, patio furniture and shade umbrella.

Lower level has 3 large spacious bedrooms with dressers and closets. Overhead fans provided in bedrooms along with ductless air conditioning.

Each bedroom is decorated with special flare to make your stay relaxing and memorable. 3 piece bathroom is conveniently found on this floor.

The large backyard is equipped with a second deck, along with patio furniture and barbecue. Further to enjoying the outdoors, or just in the mood to relax? Ideal to spend your summer nights stargazing and roasting marshmallows by an open fire.

Private driveway with plenty of parking for 1 to 5 vehicles. Property well maintained with snow removal during winter months and lawn care during summer months.

Kindly remove all garbage from chalet and place in wood garbage bin located in front of property.
This is a non- smoking chalet, kindly place cigarette butts in smoker pots located on both decks.
Please do not rearrange furniture in chalet, please leave as found.
No pets are permitted during guest stays.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Diana (the owner) a message.

If Diana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
