T2 apartment, for maximum 6 people, in Santo Amaro de Oeiras, 200 meters from the beach. The apartment has two bedrooms: a suite and a double bed bedroom. In the living room there is a sofa-bed that sleeps two, comfortably. Both bathrooms have shower and there is small balcony. It is located in a historical building, renovated in 2016, brand new. The building has parking Patio with common garden, BBQ, vegetable garden, lawn and mini pool (from May to October). Prime location between Lisbon and Cascais, and the train that takes you to both destinations is just 7 minutes away from the apartment. The train ride to Lisbon takes about 15 minutes, just as the train ride to Cascais.

The apartment has free WIFI, cable TV, air conditioning/heating, and has everything for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stove, microwave and induction hob; Coffee machine, toaster, mixer, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery, glasses and dishes for 6 people.

Outside, there is a mini swimming pool, as well as a biologic garden with Portuguese organic vegetables, which guests are free to use to prepare a special meal.

This apartment has the possibility to be rented together with other apartments in the same building, thus being a great solution for big groups and large families. If you are interested, ask us for more information.

As the apartment is brand new, we await for our first guests so that they can share with you their experience in our apartment!

There is a supermarket at about 300 meters, as well as several restaurants all around, pump station at 100 meters, gardens nearby.

The historical part of the Village, with its Palaces, museums and garden (Jardim do Marquês de Pombal) is just a 5 minute walk away.

The Great Maritime Tour from Oeiras to Caxias and Yacht Marina also very close.

The 15 excellent beaches of the Costa do Sol, which stretch for 30 km, start right in front of the apartment, just 300 metres away.

It is an excellent surfing area all year round; frequent shows and entertainment in Jardim do Marquês, especially in the summer time and also summerfests between Oeiras and Lisbon

Quiet location, close to everything, just the perfect site between the city, the beaches and the countryside, in a very cozy environment.

The Oeiras train station is up the hill, just 7 minutes away from the apartment. It is the perfect way to get to and from Lisbon, as well as Cascais.

The parking facilities make it very easy for those who have car.

SEF

Check in Home notifies that it is mandatory to submit Accommodation Forms (‘Boletins de Alojamento’) declaring the entry of foreign citizens to SEF (Portuguese Immigration and Borders service), for all citizens entering the country through a border with no control, coming from another country within the European Union.

Check in Home will arrange for this proceeding, but for this it is required the presentation of an official identification document, such as passport or ID of all the guests, with the following details:

- Place of Birth

- Place where you live

- City where the passport was issued

The Forms are due three week days upon foreign guests’ arrival and exit. The deadline is calculated considering three whole days starting on the day of the check-in or check-out, regardless the hours marked when the registration occurred.

Both the display of identification and registration are mandatory for accommodation.

All personal data are dealt with absolute discretion and confidentiality.
