Description

The main cottage sleeps up to 4 with one queen master bedroom and a second pullout day bed in the living room. The family room is spacious and provides plenty of room for relaxing and visiting. The kitchen is small but has most everything needed to enjoy your stay. The "love shack" out back has a king bed and room for two additional guests for a maximum of 6. Wifi, gas bbq, fire pit, two patios and large back yard!

We invite you to immerse yourself in the rugged beauty British Columbia is so well known for: the majestic mountains, the towering trees, the scampering wildlife and Cultus Lake, a great year around getaway where memories are made.

Hiking and biking trails at Cultus Lake are open year round. For those liking more, we're walking distance to dining, shopping, boat and jet-ski rentals, water-slides, petting zoo, adventureland park, golf, mini golf and bumper boats. (Some services are seasonal.)

A short drive takes you to excellent golf courses, paragliding, whitewater rafting and some of the best fishing in the world.

Considered by many to be one of the nicest original cottages, our Pine Street Cottage at Cultus Lake is the perfect place for a small family, friends or the couple looking to just "get away". The main cottage has a queen bed "master bedroom" and in the living room there is a "day bed" that pulls out to a King (really ideal for up to 2 children). There is a secondary detached "love shack" with a king bed, private bathroom and small sitting area. The main cottage and the love shack are separated by a beautiful, tree covered private back yard including covered patio. This is the perfect place to quietly enjoy a book, sip a glass of wine or just listen to mother nature.

Pine Street is just off the water and you will enjoy everything our charming, private cottage has to offer. Walk out the front door, make a right and enjoy a very short stroll to the beach, waterfront trails and docks at Cultus Lake - a mere 60 seconds away.

Located just over an hour from Vancouver, (two and a half from Seattle), yet it feels like a world away. Watch soaring eagles, herons,and ospreys. A stroll rewards you with the sight of spawning salmon and huge ancient cedars reaching for the sky.

You'll feel right at home here - visitors tell us they would love to live in our cottage full time. There is everything you need, including a well equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and rock covered natural wood fireplace. Sit at the dining table and write a post card or enjoy a glass of wine and a good book. There is parking for two vehicles or one vehicle and a boat trailer, etc.

Relax, enjoy your stay at Cultus Lake and the beautiful features our cottage offers visitors from around the globe. You won't be disappointed, we promise!

House rules

Guests/Cardholders must be at least 25 years old. No pets. No smoking. We DO NOT accept parties of more than 6 people. There is parking for two vehicles. There is a 10 PM noise restriction, which is strictly enforced by local authorities.

There is a $100 replacement fee for any missing keys or parking passes.

All Guests and their invitees use the premise, structure, appliances and furnishings at their own risk.

Please remember to bring along your own beach towels and beach chairs!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Patty (the owner) a message.

If Patty (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
