Villa Pirinc is a superb villa located approximately 5km outside of Dalyan. If you're looking for total privacy look no further as this villa provides all you require.

Inside the villa

Kitchen / Diner

A large kitchen providing all the appliances you require for cooking along with a dining area for more than the capacity of the villa.

Kitchen leads into the hallway passage and into a large lounge

Lounge

In the lounge are sofas and chairs and patio doors which when open lead on to a very large shaded veranda providing large rattan dining table and chairs for eight people plus.

Downstairs w/c and cleaning cupboard.

Bedroom 1 - Twin single bedrooms - with small balcony

Bedroom 2 - Large bedroom with king size bed and balcony

Bedroom 3 - Large bedroom with queen size bed and balcony

Family bathroom - first floor offers a standard size Jacuzzi bath and electric towel rail which is useful in the cooler months.

The real attraction of this property besides its’ superb accommodation are the beautiful gardens and views. The main gardens look out on to the Dalyan mountain in the distance and open Pomegranate and Orange orchards.

The 40m2 swimming pool has ample sunbathing space surrounding it along with sunbeds/ cushions and sun brollies.

At the bottom of the garden is a stone built BBQ great for those al fresco dining occasions.

The gardens are beautifully tended and a mass of colour with an abundance of mature fruit trees and shrubs.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
