In Brittany in Damgan very nice apartment 250 m from a large sandy beach facing south, Studio comfort equipped with new original design in a beautiful new residence. Studio of 32 m² consisting of a sleeping area, lounge, kitchen, terrace and private parking. Nearby: sailing schools, beach club, bike path, hiking trail, tennis, petanque, animal park, botanical and unforgettable sunsets at the tip of Penerf. To spend holidays with friends or family it is possible to rent other apartments in the same residence. the rates are decreasing according to the duration.
