Welcome to our beautiful, spacious, townhouse at Regal Palms at Highlands Reserve in Davenport, Florida. Located on the quiet bend of La Mirage St. within the Regal Palms at Highlands Reserve gated community, our townhouse is perfect for those looking for comfort, space, and privacy without the huge added expense. Our property includes fully furnished living and dining rooms, a fully equipped kitchen that includes all the appliances you would expect to find at home, 3 bedrooms spread over two floors, and 3 full bathrooms.


We are happy to inform our guests that our bedrooms are divided between the first floor and second floor. This makes our property ideal for couples traveling together, as it provides additional privacy, as well as those traveling with grandparents.

The first floor includes a single bedroom with a Queen bed. The second floor includes the two remaining bedrooms. The second bedroom contains 2 Twin Beds and has been decorated in a fashion designed for children. The final bedroom is the master suite. It contains a King Size bed and a Balcony. All bedrooms are fully furnished, have High Definition Televisions with Cable Access, and en-suite Full Bathrooms. We also provide our guests traveling with young children a Pack 'N Play.


One benefit of renting an entire townhouse, as opposed to a hotel room, is the inclusion of a fully equipped kitchen, which can help cut costs when it comes to the usual need to eat out while on vacation. What does our kitchen include? Almost everything you would expect a standard kitchen to include. Ours includes a refrigerator with freezer, an oven and stove, sink, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, pots and pans, glassware, utensils, dishes, and bowls.

What is also great for guests is that you don't need to travel too far to go grocery shopping. Regal Palms is situated adjacent to the Berry Town Center which includes a Publix Super Market.


The living room contains a loveseat and sofa, as well as a High Definition Television with Cable Access and DVD Player. It is the perfect place to relax between visiting the local theme parks or enjoying the facilities of the Regal Palms Resort.


Our dining room has enough space to seat 6 people, with additional seating available at the kitchen counter. One thing that we provide our guests, which not all owners do, is a high chair for those traveling with young children.


All properties at Regal Palms are equipped with their own private driveways that can accommodate up to two vehicles. Guests may park on the street as long as it does not impede two way traffic or at the Resort parking lot. Please note that oversized vehicles must be parked in a separate lot as they are not allowed within the Regal Palms community.

In addition to what is provided above, all of our guests have access to the on-site Regal Palms Resort, which is approximately a 5 minute walk from our townhouse. Resort access provides guests with all these features:

• Health Club (Fitness Center) with Gym Equipment, including Treadmills and Strength Training, Sauna & Steam Room, and Jacuzzi

• Banana Jack's Game Room and Indoor Playground

• Sand Volleyball Court

• Children's Playground

• Internet Access in Business Center and Wi-Fi in the Clubhouse area

• Parking

• Regularly Scheduled Activities

Please note that all reservations are subject to a $15.00 + tax/per day resort fee, collected at check-in. This fee is based per reservation, not per person. So regardless of whether there are 2 or 6 in your party you pay the same price.

Regal Palms is also located approximately 1 mile from the Highlands Reserve Golf Course and is within minutes of Florida biggest attractions, including Disney World, Universal Studios, Epcot, and SeaWorld.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
