This exceptional home in Cypress Pointe has it all. Style, luxury, lots of space - and in a fantastic location, only 2 minutes from Reunion. Cypress Pointe is a new and exclusive gated community located only 5 minutes from I-4, which makes it an ideal base for enjoying all that Central Florida has to offer.

The architectural styling emphasizes features such as spacious bedrooms, a large lounge area, fully fitted kitchen, as well as a screened-in upgraded pool with spa. In addition, this home has a Games Room within the home - not retrofitted in the garage - designed for hours of enjoyment for you and your guests. As you drive up to your vacation home with its elegant exterior, you'll know you're in for something special.

This spacious 5 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom home is beautifully furnished and decorated. It offers 2 king bedrooms, 1 queen, 2 rooms with twin beds.

Disney is less than 15 minutes drive away, while the ever popular Highway 192 (Irlo Bronson Highway) is even closer - putting many amenities including dozens of popular restaurants practically on your doorstep. The convenient access to I-4 also puts you within 25 minutes of Universal Studios and the International Drive area with Sea World, Aquatica, Wet n Wild and much more.

Getting around

There is little by way of public transportation. A car is highly recommended if staying in Cypress Pointe.

Interaction with guest

There is no requirement for checking in. You will be provided with codes for the gate, door and alarm once final payment is made. Our management company (Sequoia Villa Services) will try to meet with you at the house early in your stay to ensure everything is as you would wish it to be. However, this is at your convenience so there is no need for you to wait on their arrival. If you have any issues during your stay, simply contact our management company and they will do everything they can to assist.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Rod (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
