Description

Welcome to Nanas Holiday House here on the one of a kind resort of Watersong.

Watersong resort offers more conservation views and tranquility than any other community in the area. Nanas villa has some fabulous sunsets that can be seen from the pool deck or spa after a busy day in the parks or shopping! No rear neighbours mean that the woodland outlook is not spoilt and you can see the lake behind us too. We are also lucky enough to be in a part of the community with a tortoise colony next to us and if you are eagle eyes you could see one or two of the tortoises having a leisurely stroll past the pool side. The sand cranes are always around too. The SW facing pool has been extended and an in ground spa fitted so guests of all ages have lots of space to splash around and cool off in that hot Floridian sun, or lay under the lanai and having 40 winks as it really is a peaceful community. With sunshine from mid morning until those beautiful sunsets and enough seats and loungers for everyone in your party, I am sure you will love the pool area as much as we do.

That's enough about outside. Inside the villa you are greeted with a large airy and spacious hallway and you may have noticed we have six bedrooms, one large master is on the lower level and the other five on the upper. All these are fitted out with lots of drawer space for our guests and lots of hangers in the built in wardrobes, you never get enough hangers but you will here and two of the rooms even have walk in wardrobes! All bedrooms include cable tv, dvds, alarm clocks. Six bathrooms, two living rooms, two dining areas, a games room with basket ball game, fuse ball and a slate bed pool table. A separate utility room with large washer and drier and also a clothes airier, 2 irons and 2 ironing boards so no one has to wait for their turn of the iron and a large fully equipped kitchen with everything you are going to need for your perfect Florida vacation. Everything has been thought of, we have taken care of it all. All towels are supplied for bath, pool and beach. Every bathroom also has hairdryers and hair straightening irons in them too.

We also supply a BBQ for our guests. Fast wifi speeds, upgraded cable that includes UK sports so no need to miss that important match when on holiday. There are also lots of books that can be found on the upper level of the home on our book shelves that is sat beside a desk area that can be used for your needs. We also have lots of boards game for kids and adults alike, packs of cards and a poker set, DVDs, and Xbox and lots of games.

Our baby equipment includes a cot and bedding, two strollers, car seats, baby gates, a steam steriliser for the little ones, toys, two high chairs and also a pack and play (travel cot). We add items from time to time so this list changes.

Safety is paramount especially as we travel with children too. There is a pool safety net as well as hard wired alarm doors and we even moved the handle higher up so the little one can't reach it. We have a 24hr monitored alarm system and the community is a gated community with a 24hr guard. The management company are also 24hrs if you should need them.

No key collection as every guest will be given a unique code for them to use to get into the home that will only be in use during your stay and known to you and me.

The community pool, hot tubs, kids play area, putting lawn, sand volleyball, clubhouse including gym, gathering rooms and a room with computers and printers is also included for our guests to use during there stay. The gathering rooms can be used as well for any events you are celebrating, weddings, a party?

Getting around

As with most Villa communities in Florida a car is recommended due to it being so large and spaced out. Most places though are all easily reachable within a few minutes drive.

Interaction with guest

All bookings and enquiries will be handled directly by myself, the owner, and I am happy to answer any questions via email, text or call. We have a management company in Davenport who deals with looking after our home and anything that arises or just there to make sure that you are ok during your stay. However at anytime you wish to speak to me during your stay rather than the MC then I am available also.

House rules

Maximum occupancy 14. Bedrooms are set up in a way that accommodates 8 adults and 6 children. No adults in children’s beds.

All guests names must be supplied upon booking, this is a legal requirement. Failure to do so could result in cancellation.

Parking for 2 cars. Watersong has a no parking on road, grass or sidewalks policy. Cars will be towed at the guests expense, the villa owners and their property manager will not be held responsible.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
