Description

Weekly and monthly rentals available. The Sand Dollar Condominium is an ocean front building overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, located at the south end of Daytona in Daytona Beach Shores, which is much quieter and more family oriented than the Daytona Beach Board Walk (about 7 minutes north). We have a large beautiful heated pool and spa overlooking the ocean. The building is very secure with closed captioned video cameras throughout property and private gated underground parking. We have two elevators, Central Sprinklers/Alarm System, two private sauna's, and an exercise room.

This is a large luxurious non-smoking, two bedroom, two bath unit on the 7th floor, with full size kitchen with all amenities and full laundry room inside the Condo/unit. There are two sets of sliding glass doors going out to the private balcony from the spacious living room and large master bedroom with private bath, where you have a spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean (even from the bed!) and the Inter-Coastal Waterway as well. We have just renovated the unit with new paint, porcelain tile and new granite in the kitchen and bathrooms, along with two king-sized pillow top beds in the bedrooms, leather furniture with a large sectional sofa and a large flat screen TV in the living room with stereo, CD,DVD player and lots of DVDs and wall mounted flat screen TVs in both bedrooms.

Sorry, no pets are allowed in the Sand Dollar. No smoking in the building or unit. The primary guest who is renting and occupying our unit MUST be at least 26 years of age. Maximum Occupancy - 6 people. No subletting is allowed.

At least one Guest renting our condo must be a minimum of 25 years or older. A state issued photo identification will be required at check in upon arrival. Registration is required within 24 hours of arrival or at first opportunity that the office is open. This is required by the Fire Marshall.

How do damage deposits work?
