1 living room, 2-4 bedrooms, 1 tower room, 2-3 bathrooms, sleeps up to 6 people The "Castillo Donna Maria" is located in a very quiet finca area and is about 2.5 km away from the hustle and bustle of the holiday , Nevertheless, everything can be reached with short distances. Various golf courses in the immediate vicinity, shops, restaurants and various beaches.k The apartment is on the upper floor of the house and has 2 bedrooms (both bedrooms have a large wardrobe), 1 living room (sofa bed, fireplace, TV sofa, dining table) and 1 tower room, which can be reached via the terrace of the apartment and can also be used as a bedroom. One of the two bathrooms (bath with shower, toilet, BD, 2 vanities) can be accessed directly from one of the bedrooms. The second bathroom (shower) has a sink, shower) toilet and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with the most necessary kitchen appliances to be able to supply itself. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and WiFi. From the living room you come directly to the 40 sqm terrace. Tables, chairs and a gas grill are available. Enjoy the evenings here and look down on all the other houses to the sea. From the terrace you come into the "tower room", which is provided for overnight stays of more than 4 people. In addition, you can use the roof terrace with 100 sqm. The dream holiday home has its own large pool. The pool area includes both an outside shower and an outside toilet. At the pool you will find a bar with various seating that is fully available. There are several seating areas on the property, whether you like it sunny or shady, you will always find a quiet place where you can retreat. The outdoor kitchen on the property with grill, sink and hob is a welcome alternative to prepare and eat the meal directly outdoors. On the ground floor there is a small apartment with 2 rooms, kitchen and shower room, which is also available for rent. Ask them if you want to travel with a larger holiday company, but can also be rented independently of the upper apartment. The main apartment on the ground floor is occupied by one person in 2014, who does not spend most of the time on the premises.

How do damage deposits work?
