A unique mountain house with its own wellness facilities located in the greenest area of Croatia, Gorski kotar, near the Risnjak national park. At 920 m above the sea level, the house offers privacy and peace in the heart of pristine nature with no near neighbours around.

The Space

In the midst of unspoilt nature, we have created a perfect spot for a truly relaxing vacation. The "Kozji Vrh" house is located in Gorski kotar (Čabar), Croatia, near the Risnjak National Park. It is situated in a beautiful peaceful mountain area, at 920 m above the sea level, making it ideal for all season vacations. In addition, a complete garden of 4,000 square meters is surrounded by forest and with no near neighbours provides complete privacy.

The house is very comfortable and provides everything needed for your vacation. With its premises extending over three floors (240 m2), it is ideal ideal for accommodating two families, with up to 8 persons.

Guest Access

The ‘Kozji Vrh’ house consists of 5 bedrooms, a kitchen with a living room, and 2 bathrooms. A game room with a billiards table and darts is also available. Free wifi included. The balcony and the closed terrace offer amazing panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, including a view on the Risnjak national park and the Kupa valley. There are also a number of hiking and biking trails in the area for you to explore.

Guests can also enjoy and relax in our new wellness facilities with a bio sauna, a massage room and even a fireplace. A perfect place for a run away from your everyday routine and an opportunity to experience unforgettable moments in the heart of mother Nature.

The Neighbourhood

Visit the Town of Čabar, known as the greenest area in Croatia, and discover the marvellous natural scenery, the rich woods, the unpolluted sources of the rivers Kupa and Čabranka. Our arrangements include optional outdoor activities, as are mountain biking, skiing, cross country skiing, fishing, hunting, rafting, canyoning, nordic walking, bear watching, and more.

The vacation property is located in the Gorski kotar region of Croatia (the town of Čabar area), 77 km from Rijeka, 77 km from the Adriatic coast, 169 km from the Zagreb airport and 98 km from the Ljubljana airport.

Up to 6 guests can use the spa and wellness facilities (80 square meters) 4 hours a day. Our spa includes a bio sauna, a shower, and resting space with a fireplace. Massage services are also available.

How do damage deposits work?
