Description

This non-smoking home provides bright and roomy lodging on the upper floor of a fully-detached residence. The ground floor is off limit.

There are three private bedrooms. The master bedroom has two (2) twin beds that are either put together as a king size or kept separate, as you prefer. This room has a small en-suite (toilet room). There are two (2) more bedrooms, each with a single bed. All beds have a firm 12" memory foam mattress. The main washroom has a full bathtub and shower combo.

In addition to the three private bedrooms, the living space includes common access living room, kitchen, as well as a small gym. These common areas are not normally in use by anyone else during your visit so you can take advantage of the entire second floor of the house. The living room has a flat-screen TV, a piano and leather recliners to provide a comfortable relaxing space. The kitchen is fully-equipped with dishware, cookware and a dining table for four. The small gym has a treadmill, an elliptical trainer and a recumbent stationary bike.

Extras include toiletries, hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, and various other amenities.

Getting around

In the suburbs, you need a car. Public transit is nearby but not very convenient if you are not used to it. On-site parking is provided free of charge. Outside of rush hour, you will be within thirty minutes of the airport, the US border, the ferry terminal, the Vancouver city limit (downtown is across town) and a number of other locations in the Greater Vancouver Regional District.

Interaction with guest

Your hosts are on the ground floor, separate yet almost always available in case you need anything. But if you don't need them, you don't need to see them.

How do damage deposits work?

If Rejean (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
