Description

Directly on the Gulf, your family will love the awesome private beach, clear water and stunning sunsets at this spacious (3000sq'), 4BR Townhome rental in Destin's Crystal Beach. You will step off of the deck onto an uncrowded 'private" beach and into the clear emerald water of the Gulf.

We have a King bed in the master bedroom, private bath with shower and walk in closet. There is a queen bed and a twin in the second bedroom, a queen bed in the third bedroom and a bunk room with a full on the bottom and twin on top. There are also two queen sleeper sofas. We have two full kitchens, one on the main level with granite counter top, and one on the beach level.

We have a high chair, umbrella stroller and three quarter crib. There is also a second living room with large TV/DVD at beach level off of the Main deck. There is a second full sized washer and dryer downstairs and separate AC system. There are three large lighted decks, a large stainless steel weber gas grill with always an extra tank of propane, outdoor shower and tables, lounges and deck chairs for everyone. We provide Gravity lounges with side table, sand chairs, umbrellas and many rafts and toys to take to the beach.

**We also have an outdoor, private entrance on the side of the house going directly to the main floor deck & living room, and to the huge lower deck and the beach, for bringing down beach toys, rafts etc. without having to go through the house.

Each room has a large TV with DVD, a large flat screen in both living rooms. We have free WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET.

**Don't Bring It or Buy** -We provide all you will need of beach towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, kitchen trash bags, soft soap, all of your spices including salt and pepper, coffee filters and Dawn dish washing liquid enough for your entire stay. We also have a starter supply of paper towels, toilet tissue, coffee, bar soap and tissues.

All linens, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, dishtowels etc will be here.

We are close to all of Destin's great attractions and have a notebook highlighting all the Destin and nearby attractions and restaurants with directions, menus and brochures. Our townhome is one of the few places that has a view of the beach and water that is completely unobstructed by any railings as shown on the website. You can easily watch your family enjoy the beach and water while sitting in the main living room. We can seat 14 people in the main dining room or on the deck for a sit down meal right on the water. This is the perfect place for your Destin family vacation get together. *You must be 25 to rent.*

How do damage deposits work?
