This Beautiful Modern Apartment comes completely fully furnished with its 2 beautifully finished bedrooms.

Master bedroom comes with double bed, many built in wardrobes, and a picture window leading out to the veranda area, where you can sit relax and watch the sun rise and see the beautiful views of Cyprus.

Second bedroom comes with 2 single beds wall mounted TV with built in DVD player so the kids or yourself can drift off to sleep, plenty of storage space where you can store your clothing and other items.

Kitchen area is well equipped and a fantastic place to cook with its electric oven and electric hob and the perfectly modern dining table seating up to six people.

Washing machine and fridge freezer complete the kitchen equipment.

Lounge Area where you can sit back relax, and watch the sunset from the balcony or sit in the front of the TV for a pleasant cosy evening..

Roof garden with beautiful views across Famagusta and the sleeping city.

Pool area is a beautiful place to relax all day long.

Roof Garden is private and a sun seekers haven, or the ideal area for an evening barbeque.

How do damage deposits work?
