Description

The property is a large duplex with a terrace, and a sea view. This is a twin bedroom room with a private balcony. There is a guest bathroom and guest large terrace and shared kitchen /dining area.

There is also the choice of a double bedroom that sleeps 3 at an extra charge for 3rd person. There is a Guest bathroom, kitchen, dining area and guest terrace.

Another option is the self contained studio with private bathroom, kitchen and terrace can sleep up to 3 guests.

The area is very close to all amenities, shops, bars/restaurants and the Aegean sea, which is a Blue Flag beach, shallow for a long way out and crystal clear, all within a 10 minute walk. The area is very much local, which gives you a flavour of the people and their culture, with Turkish and foreign cuisine all reasonably priced. The local busses run every few minutes in the high season and are very reasonable as a means to getting around to see the Apollo Temple or visit the large Saturday Market nearby. Also the place to visit of an evening is Mavesehir Market and watch the sun go down, also a short bus ride away. From here there are many trips that can be booked and enjoyed. Boat trips, a day out diving, fishing trips, days out to Epheseus, Pamukkale, Canakkale, Miletos, Priene, to name a few. All historic places and well worth the visit. The area is suitable for whatever type of holiday you are looking for. You can relax on the terrace or on the beach, or choose one of the many pontoons and swim and relax, or be as busy as you like with the many trips available. If you like walking, a walk to the D. Marin is well worth it and all along the coastline to Yesilkent, and stop off there at the many places right on the sea.There is a fun Luna Park within walking distance from the sea front and a short bus ride away there is a large Aqua Park, a must if you have children. Plenty to see and do for all ages. I also live in the property. Please see all 3 listings. Bike hire also available. And airport transfers I can arrange.

Getting around

All is within walking distance. But the local buses are an experience and useful for going to the Saturday and Wednesday Markets and going further afield.

As much or as little as guests would like. With the large terrace and good sized kitchen, this is where we usually hang out.

Had a lovely time thanks to Silvana the place is good value for money I would recommend it if your looking for a peace ful break in Didim.

How do damage deposits work?

If Silvana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
