Description

Well maintained home with incredible views overlooking the Bay of Fundy. The house is a five minute walk to Digby Harbour, shops, bars and restaurants; and a ten minute walk to the Digby Pines Golf Course. It's a GREAT LOCATION IN ALL RESPECTS.! The rooms are expansive and comfortably furnished. A large veranda surrounds the house with a brand new large private decked area to the rear, a real sun trap, and a large back yard, the perfect place for barbeques or cocktails. The immediate neighbourhood is quiet and friendly.The small fishing community of Digby, Nova Scotia is located at the western end of the Annapolis Valley and is blessed with the most temperate climate in the province. It is the ideal place for a family holiday, a romantic vacation or for those interested in motorcycles, it is the home of the Wharf Rat Rally in September. Locally available lobster and world famous scallops can be obtained at the wharf right off the boats and whale watching excursions are available as well.The house and large very private garden have recently been upgraded and are ready to be enjoyed. Two fully modern bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen compliment the rest of the house which is furnished in mostly period décor with a Scottish touch. The three large bedrooms upstairs have three new double/queen beds and mattresses. The third bedroom, the lum room, is massive and also contains a separate area with a new double futon. The room can be divided by a privacy curtain. A large capacity clothes washer and dryer are in the back porch, kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher and there is a wall mounted Netflix enabled flat screen tv in the lounge with Gbox and superfast unlimited wifi throughout the house, veranda and back yard deck.

How do damage deposits work?
