Located on the banks of the river Rance, in the charming old port area of Dinan, Les Tisserands is a beautiful ground floor apartment with a sunny garden . With one double bedroom and a comfortable double bed settee , the apartment is ideal for a couple, but can welcome up to 3 guests.

In the garden , there is a table and chairs overlooking the river , perfect for breakfast or a cool drink in the evenings.There is direct access to the towpath from the garden, and you can store bikes in the garden.

There is free WIFI internet and English/ French TV.

A short walk across the old stone bridge brings you to a traditional Breton bakery (croissants and cakes especially recommended!) and a number of good restaurants, bistros and cafes.

Bikes and canoes can be hired on the port during the season.

From the apartment , you can follow the riverside path on foot or by bike into the tranquil Breton countryside.

A short walk up the steep Jerzual hill brings you into the perfectly preserved centre of medieval Dinan ( Or you can let the train take the strain - there's a regular tourist train link during the summer)

The sandy beaches of the North coast can be reached in about 30 minutes.

Bed linen and towels for two guests are included in the rental prices.

We check every property before new guests to make sure it is clean, tidy and ready for you. At the end of your stay, you can either clean the apartment yourself or we can arrange this for you for 50€

The tariffs include normal usage of electricity between April and October.

Very Good

“Riverside luxury - purrrrfect”

Sometimes you stumble upon your ideal heaven!... Jeremy and his lovely wifes' property is quite incredible. From the moment you open the first contact email.. you know you are in safe hands. We opened the door and greeted with luxury.. a most perfect place. A lovely touch was a small welcome surprise (shhh) and some lovely flowers on the coffee table. The garden was full of fragrant flowers and lavender to enjoy. The setting is unique - with fantastic restaurants near by, but no nighttime noise. Park the car...and ascend the "rue de four" to Dinan - after the first time its easy... The appartment itself is exquisite.. there is NOTHING else we needed.. and thankyou for such a well equipped and tidy home. We were blessed with the Fete de Ramparts weekend.. a week of hot sun and a german family next door who were a joy to meet over that breakfast coffee and bread..(take it outside.) I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.. I hate to publicise it too much for fear of never getting it again... but this couple demonstrate the best in quality rentals with no fear... cant fault a thing. If you are looking... stop...and book it...I guarantee you WILL be impressed.. Thank you BOTH of you .. Steve and Cheryl

“Excellent holiday property.”

The process of booking Les Tisserands was impressive...dealing with Jeremy and Julia was straightforward and friendly. The house was as described online. In fact it was better. Well located by the port of Dinan and very comfortable with everything a couple would need to enjoy a holiday. We appreciated the level of decor with lots of French character. Our grandson visited us for a few days and slept on the sofa bed which he tells us was very comfortable. The garden with lovely views over the port was a big asset. Car parking in Dinan can be difficult but most days we were able to park on the street for free outside the house or in a free car park 50 yards away. Good restaurants and bars are very close by at the port and there are many more in the main part of the town. We had a lovely holiday in Dinan. We know the town well and this is by far the best property we have stayed in. It is well managed by very nice people, perfectly located and very comfortable. We strongly recommend this property to any couple looking for a holiday in Dinan

“Excellent In Dinan”

Lovely charming accommodation, well equipped, with bags of character. Friendly welcome from landlords. Superb peaceful location. Sun trap walled rear garden with gate on to quiet riverside path. Lots of garden furniture for sitting/eating. Parking in the road was sometimes difficult due to lack of space but that was not an issue for us as free parking with other locals was only one minute walk down the riverside path. 2 minute walk to excellent patisserie and riverside restaurants. Or a slow 20 minute steep walk up interesting street with historic buildings to main part of town. Only the lack of a shower in the bathroom prevented me giving it 5 stars.

“Lovely apartment in superb location”

We had a great week in Dinan, the weather was fantastic for the end of September/early October. The apartment was perfect, well equipped and beautifully furnished with a stunning fireplace/log burner in the bedroom. Lovely garden and the stone terrace was the perfect place to enjoy lunch and watch people canoeing on the river and meandering over the packhorse bridge. We enjoyed evening meals in the restaurants along the riverside, there are so many you are spoilt for choice! Lovely walk to Lehon and up into the medieval town of Dinan. We would thoroughly recommend staying at Les Tisserands, perfect for a relaxing holiday. We hope to return next year. Thank you Jeremy & Julia

We would highly recommend the beautiful "Les Tisserands" apartment we stayed in, it is perfectly positioned on the river in the old port of Dinan. Our hosts Jeremy and Julia Stark were very welcoming and friendly. The apartment has everything one would need while exuding old world charm. The lovely garden overlooking the river was a great addition. The surrounding area is dotted with lovely little towns, there are lots of places to visit all within easy reach. There are nice restaurants just a minute walk from the apartment. The centre of the old town of Dinan is just a walk away. Overall a great holiday destination. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone!

The house was in the perfect spot for us, enabling us to forget the car for most of the week. The proximity of the town was what attracted us to book this house for our holiday and we will return. The house is fully equiped with everything one needs for a confortable holiday. It is also exquisitely decorated and in a very quiet street.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
