Description

Located on the port of Dinan Lanvallay, this charming apartment warm and quiet duplex in one of the oldest remains of the Port awaits you. It is suitable for 2 to 5 persons families. It is located on the 2nd floor of a noble existing bourgeois Mansion at the end of the 16th century. Recently renovated and decorated it was arranged nine; comfortable it has however retained its old character and authentic. Its circular staircase to 'core' greatly fills its 'authentic' character. So excuse him if he can present some discomfort for people with reduced mobility. Its old beams, bare stone walls, its old emblazoned monumental fireplace which was once heating upstairs, its outdoor stairwell with an old staircase to nucleus leading to the apartment and its rooms, its calm, brief all these points give him also many asset; It has beautiful and breathtaking views of the old seigneurial of Dinan also walls as well as on the viaduct.
