The house is arranged over 3 floors, on the ground floor an open plan living and dining area leads into a well equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a glass hob, extractor and fan oven, Tassimo coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and fridge. The kitchen leads into a utility area with a dishwasher, washing machine, downstairs loo, wash basin and shower.

The back door off the living area leads to a raised terrace, accessed via a spiral staircase, which overlooks the river Rance and Dinan port. It has a table and chairs for alfresco dining.

From the living room a spiral staircase leads up to a large bedroom with a queen sized four poster bed. Also on this level is a large family bathroom with wc, washbasin, towel warmer and a bath with shower and shower screen.

The 2nd bedroom is further up the spiral staircase. It is furnished with a double bed and a single bed.

The Rue du Jerzual and Rue du Petit Fort leads up to the town of Dinan.
