Description

Beautiful apartment with stunning river views set on the banks of the river Rance in Dinan. With panoramic views of the port of Dinan from two walls made of glass, the apartment is flooded with light , and is just perfect for watching the river and port of Dinan.

Located on the second floor of a 16th century stone building , the apartment has been renovated and tastefully decorated.

Spacious living room with view of the river and old bridge, well equipped corner kitchen , double bedroom and second sleeping area on a mezzanine with two single beds.

Bed settee and folding bed provide extra sleeping for a fifth person.

The restaurants and cafés of Dinan's popular port area are a few steps away, and the historic town centre within easy reach. Boat and bike hire available on the port , horse riding is also very close. There are some beautiful beaches and stunning coastal walks about a 30 minute drive away. The area is great for cycling , the tow path follows the river and is traffic free, and the country lanes are quiet.

Mont St Michel , Saint Malo and Cap Frehel are all a short drive away, and well worth a detour.

Bed linens and towels are included in the rental price.

We check every property before new guests to make sure it is clean, tidy and ready for you. At the end of your stay, you can either clean the apartment yourself or we can arrange this for you for 50€

Free on street parking is available outside the apartment ( first come first served) , or we do have access to a guaranteed car parking space ( 20€ per week supplement) so please ask when booking as we have a limited number.

The tariffs include normal usage of electricity between April and October.

Access to the apartment is by 2 flights of stairs , if you have mobility problems this may not be ideal for you.

“Wonderful location but..”

What an amazing location but sadly sometimes you need that extra 'wow' factor to make the experience perfect and memorable The views from the apartment and ease to explore the amazing countryside surround Dinan makes this apartment the perfect choice for similar minded travellers We have had 12 different week long stays in self catering apartments in 4 different countries and all have been reviewed and perhaps in some aspects this was the most disappointing. The bed was uncomfortable and squeaked every time one turned over in the night, the apartment being at the top of the building was incredibly hot ( yes the weather was unusually warm) but we felt the inclusion of a fan should have been included and finally we have been impressed that wherever we have stayed those little 'extra' touches, such as fresh bread,a pot of local jam, fresh milk or a bottle of local wine greeted us on our arrival were most welcomed .. sadly these were missing at Le Loft and this being one of our most expensive rentals ( care !! There were (are?) no provisions provided, not even basis condiments, cooking oil etc, so often theses are provided by owners and then 'topped' up or added to by visitors on their departure ) Please don't let this review put off you staying in Dinan and in all honesty this would have to be one of the best view and locations and the rest of the apartment is incredible comfortable

“Just Perfect”

Just returned from a lovely week in port Dinan. The apartment has fabulous views across the river from the huge windows on two sides the the sitting area. The kitchen is well equipped, although we hardly used it because of the lovely restaurants nearby. We found le Loft a very comfortable apartment and hope to return soon.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
