A marvellous, eco-friendly holiday home with stunning mountain views, a short walk from Loch Long near Dornie in the Scottish Highlands, with four bedrooms accommodating eight people.Highland Shores is an outstanding, eco-friendly holiday home near the shores of Loch Long and three miles from Dornie. The property has been designed to offer sleek yet welcoming accommodating, with four bedrooms providing sleeping arrangements for up to eight people. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor; a double and a twin, as well as a double room and a twin room upstairs. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor with a shower over the bath, and a shower room on the first floor. The living space is open plan with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains; there is a kitchen with a central island, a sitting area with a woodburning stove and a dining table where you can all sit and eat together whilst planning the day. There is a natural garden surrounding the property with outdoor seating, as well as plenty of space for off road parking. A fabulous property in a sensational location, ideal for a highland holiday at any time of the year.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with basic Sky, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Natural garden surrounding cottage with furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Loch Long 2 mins walk. Note: Max 8 people, including infants.

Region: From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britain's best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.

Town: The picturesque village of Dornie sits amidst the stunning West Highland countryside, just nine miles from the bustling village of Kyle of Lochalsh. The village itself, a walker’s paradise, offers good amenities including a village shop, a local pub and numerous walking and cycling opportunities, with stunning views of the coastline and mountainous regions beyond to be enjoyed.
