Nestled in a very private area north of Pier Cove right on the shores of Lake Michigan. This elegant 4,000 sq. ft. home with its open layout, gourmet kitchen, spacious living and dining rooms is the perfect place to spend time as a family. The home features four magnificent decks that overlook a private beach accessible by stairs. Relax in the screened porch or around the outdoor fire pit and enjoy the famous Michigan sunsets.

This home is the perfect size for one to two families looking for a luxurious vacation. Sleeping accommodation is suitable for up to ten. Additional features include. Wireless Internet, laundry, gas grill, outdoor shower, large screen TV on lower level, gas fireplaces, Jacuzzi in master bath over looking the lake. The kitchen has been outfitted with everything you could ever possibly need for entertaining.

Nearby tourist attractions include downtown Douglas, Saugatuck and Holland, famous for shopping, restaurants, jet skiing, kayaking, farmers markets, dune rides and the arts.

Additional attractions include: Krupkas for blueberry picking, Cranes Orchard for fall apple picking, award winning wineries, and microbreweries.

For the Golf enthusiasts we are 10 minutes from the Arnold Palmer signature Golf Course 'Ravines Golf Club'.

Prior to confirming your booking the home owner will call you to have a live conversation. All rentals are Saturday to Saturday (although there is more flexibility in the off season months so please feel free to ask about it). Check in is anytime after 4pm and check out anytime before 10am. There will be an concierge to arrange the handover of keys, he will be available during your stay for any emergencies and can reach the home within 30 minutes.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Elizabeth (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
