Description

Welcome to the internet pages of our apartment. We would like to provide You with as many as possible usefull information and present You our accomodation offer in Dubrovnik, so that you have the most enjoyable and relaxing vacation.

Renovated duplex that is situated in traditional historic house in the old town. Tranquile street only 60 m away from Stradun (Placa). Brand new Daikin air-conditioning system. Check-in and -out flexible when possible. If not, luggage storage available free of charge.

Our apartment is situated in a quiet area of the old town of Dubrovnik - in the Marina Getaldica (Getaldiceva) street, just 50 meters from the main street Stradun (Placa). The very house was built several centuries ago and is a typical example of the urban architechture of old Dubrovnik. House has been renovated recently, with all the infrastructure that meets standards of modern living. Bedroom is on the lower floor of the apartment, while kitchen with dining and living room and bathroom are on the higher floor. In our apartment you will have complete privacy, peace and everything required for romantic and unforgettable vacation.

In the circle of 50 meters there are post office, tourist agencies, internet-cafes, snack bars, restaurants and pizzerias. Bus station and taxies are cca. 200 meters from the apartment. Following Your reception, You will be provided with more detailed information, a small booklet guide of Dubrovnik and further recommendations.

Getting around

Dubrovnik’s port is the natural gateway to the southernmost islands of the Croatian Adriatic, with the sparsely populated, semi-wild islands of Koločep, Lopud and Šipan providing beach-hoppers with a wealth of out-of-town bathing opportunities. Slightly farther out to sea, the green island of Mljet is one of the most beautiful on the entire coast – you’ll need a day or two to do it justice.

Interaction with guest

Depending of the time of your arrival, you may be welcomed by host representative, or you may get further instructions on how to get the keys. Host might not be able to welcome you if arriving late in the evening of on some weekends. However, even if you enter by yourself, you will meet host representative on working days from 08-15 in the office that is located on the first floor. Divo (main host) will be available 24/7 on TripAdvisor and mobile platforms for any assistance you may need. You will get 2 keys, one of the street door and one of your apartment. Dubrovnik is not dangerous or unsafe town, but we like the street door locked at all time, irrelevant of your presence in the apartment.

House rules

You will get 2 keys, one of the street door and one of your apartment. Street door to be locked at all time, irrelevant of your presence in the apartment. So check if the street door is locked when you leave for the night life or go to sleep.
When departing, before throwing the keys through the mailbox opening, please make sure that you switched off the water running, turned off the air-conditioning and locked the door, both of your apartment and the street door. No parties.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Divo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
