Apartment with The View

This two-bedroom apartment on the top floor of a family villa consist of dining/living area with loggia and a magnificent view of Uvala Bay and Elaphiti Islands, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with sea view and a king size bed, smaller bedroom with two twin beds and one extra bed, bathroom with bath/shower/toilette and a separate toilette. There is a sofa bed in living room if needed.

It is located on Lapad peninsula, underneath Mala Petka pine wood, a 10 min drive from the historic Old City of Dubrovnik, 130 stairs from the beach.

Approx. 70 sqm apartment and 20 sqm terrace

We are a family of five and this is our Summer Place. We usually stay here during the month of August and come to visit few times a year so if you are interested, please check the dates. Maybe it is free:) This is the only quiet part of Dubrovnik during summer and one of the few places with the beach so close. You can take a bus or a taxi to visit Old Town or to go out at night. You will not see the Old Town from our terrace but the view is really nice.

Important notice: The property does not have a parking place. There is a possibility of parking on the street or in front of the hotel nearby but it is subject to availability.

Getting around

The best way to explore Dubrovnik is by foot or by bus. To the old town local bus will take you in 10 minutes. Taxi can be also useful. Longest walking distance in Dubrovnik is 5k so if you are fond of walking, everything is close by.

The apartment is on the top floor of a family house. My father lives there during summer months and for any emergency you can contact him. For everything else, you can always contact me by phone or e-mail. If you need any help with the planning your trip, feel free to contact me.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Romana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
