Palmer's View, one of the newest event homes on NC's Outer Banks, is guaranteed to take your breath away. With 360 degree water views that are quite easily some of the best in the world and interiors designed by award-winning Wes Stetson of Stetson House Ltd., your experience and photo opportunities will be second to none. Palmer's View sits on a stunning, narrow strip of land situated between the ocean and the Currituck Sound; dolphins play daily on the ocean-side while wild heron fly across sunsets over the sound. Palmer's View, with its 8 bedrooms including a stunning tower King Bedroom with both sunrise and sunset views over the water, provides easy access to the beach on a private deck walkway directly to a remote stretch of white sand; or, if in the mood for cocktails and sunset photos on the sound, guests can walk across the road to a lovely private community pier situated amongst the wild sea grasses of NC. From a family vacation to a grand affair, Palmer's View will make it memorable.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities offer refreshing fun and endless hours of lounging at the 30x60 fully gated private pool with pergola, 2 lap lanes, lounge chairs, basketball and a large Weber gas grill. Enjoy the oceanfront dune deck with seating on your own private beach walkway. You'll have access to 2 garages, one with a well-equipped mirrored gymnasium with a selection of weight-training equipment, barbells, dumbells, kettle bells, pull-up bar, stationary bike, sauna, half bath, direct TV access and in house speakers and RTI sound systems. The second garage offers a ping pong table, 2 full size refrigerators, an ice machine, coolers, chest freezer, 5 bikes (3 adult, 2 kids), and entry to level one with an elevator. Other amenities available to all guests include 3 outside showers, 1 inflatable kayak, 1 ocean kayak, 2 surf boards, a stand up paddle board and multiple pool floats for relaxing.

Mid Level: Entry level into a large elegant foyer. Enjoy quality mattresses in all 6 bedrooms on this level! On the North wing you'll find 2 King Master Bedrooms both with flat-screen TVs, deck access and private bathrooms. Large King Master Bedroom with Day Bed and Trundle flat-screen 46" TV, wood flooring, deck access, walk-in closet , ocean views and private bathroom with dual sinks and a large tiled steam shower. South wing you'll find a Bedroom with a Queen Bed, Day Bed and Trundle with wood floors, flat-screen 32" TV, ceiling fan, deck access and semi-private bathroom with a large dual-head tiled steam shower (also opens to a kitchenette which leads to the theater room). Large theater room with 9-foot screen, JVC projector TV/DVD (offering Direct TV and Apple TV), comfy seating with chairs and recliners, PS3, deck access, sound views and an adjoining room with a kitchenette including a sink and Viking beverage refrigerator. Queen Bedroom with flat-screen 32" TV, deck access to Hot Tub, ocean views, cedar closet, wood floors and ceiling fan that shares a full hall bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Singles, TV and deck access. Unwind and relax on the wide oceanfront decks offering a hammock and Hot Tub! Large laundry room with 2 front-loading washers and 2 front-loading dryers and elevator access.

Top Level: Features ocean to sound unobstructed views, oversized common areas, plenty of seating, flat-screen 65" TV, wet bar with sink and beverage refrigerator, game/dining table seating 4, wood floors and deck access. Large game room/library with 9-foot billiard table, couches,2 flat-screen TVs, wood floors, bar seating 4 with beverage refrigerator, private sunset view balcony and ocean side deck access. Window lined dining room with 2 tables seating 20-24, beautiful ocean views and access to a wide oceanfront deck with an additional outdoor dining table seating 8. The kitchen is a cook's delight. It features a center island, Viking six-burner stove with a griddle, indoor grill and 2 convection/gas ovens. There is also a microwave, electric convection oven, 2 beverage refrigerators, Sub Zero refrigerator, 2 double sinks, 2 dishwashers and a breakfast bar seating 3. Breakfast nook offers the perfect setting for morning coffee with a couch, 2 chairs with ottomans, 55" flat-screen TV, deck access with sound view deck. Half bath and deck access from the hallway, and elevator access.

The King tower bedroom and office rise above the rest of the house offering the best views available! In the office you'll find a Single Bed with 32" flat-screen TV, built in desk area and private sound view balcony. Large bathroom with his and hers vanities, large tiled steam shower, extra-large tiled soaking tub and a Viking beverage refrigerator. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
