This is the perfect holiday home to enjoy lazy summer days or cosy winter nights: inviting all who stay to stop, listen and breathe. The property lends itself like no other and is the ultimate all year round holiday retreat.
This Dunsborough holiday home is truly a perfect mix of locations with beach, town and seclusion all at your doorstep.
The children can be entertained all day between the peppy trees. Including a fully enclosed yard lined with lush grass, wooden cubby house and swing set; this house has the makings of a "perfect getaway".
The fully equipped kitchen opens through to the light and airy living/dining area, with views out over the inlet, inviting the outside in.
The living/dining also has a huge wooden bench table, large comfortable sofas with huge flat screen TV, media player , Nespresso machine (for the coffee lovers) and reverse cycle air condition. Beautiful stone verandas surround this white timber home, complete with gas BBQ and large wooden table.
Comfortably sleeping 10, this well-appointed home has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bath. The master has a King bed & also has the luxury of an en-suite. The rest are queen size beds. The fourth bedroom is set up as a kids room with 4 single beds and its own TV and DVD.
This beautifully presented beach house accommodation will delight most, but if you have ever dreamt of being able to grab the bucket and spade and walk down the path to sandcastle heaven this is the place for you!
