Built for a Schooner Sea Captain, Joseph Corkum, in the late 1800's. A beautiful home right on the Atlantic Ocean. Listen to the surf and smell the sea salt air from the back door.

This 3 + bedroom home, newly renovated has 2 1/2 baths, completed in June 2017. A king size bed in main floor bedroom. Queen size with private 1/2 bath on 2nd level. Queen size with a full ensuite. The back loft bedroom ( 23' x 13') off the middle bedroom is great for the kids, Queen size and two twins.

Remodeled Kitchen (23 x 13) is the hub of heritage, original floors, open ceiling, a 7' island with bar stools and a large dining area facing the ocean.

Main Floor living room with Bay Window. Main floor full bath is two full rooms. Stunning ! Almost 3 acres, with breathtaking vistas.

On the property is Pentz Cove, launch your kayak and paddle over to Coffin Island and explore the natural coastal habitat. (weather permitting of course)

Minutes away from Beach Meadows Mile Long Sand Beach.

The south facing property allows great sunshine all day long, starting with the amazing sunrise over the ocean.

The Moon glistens across the ocean at your doorstop in the evening.

You will love this experience and so close to the amazing Lunenburg and other beach and hikes spots. A perfect place to relax and move out and explore from.

Getting around

In this area it is best to travel by vehicle. We do have taxi service from town if folks want to go in and party and grab a cab back they can.

Interaction with guest

We live nearby but don't worry, can't see you !!! Enjoy the privacy and experiment our property also with our amazing rocks that look like a mini Peggy's Cove. We love chatting with our guests but let them have all the privacy of one expects. Everyone has just been in awe over the views and the rocks and ocean and beach.

Owner's reply: Thank You for the kind response and I did shop for the best linens when I can, so always appreciate it (I do iron them We make sure there is feather/down duvets for spring/fall and winter (yikes, I hope not summer lol). It does make a perfect 'girls weekend" spot, we have plenty of the book clubs, gals about to be "married". It does work well for that and I have to make sure 'everything matches".

Owner's reply: Somehow I missed this one...LOL ! What an amazing compliment you give us for our home. Thank you for coming and having an amazing time. We want to make sure it is right for our guests. We purposely decorated it in a neat eclectic way, with a bit of conduit, modern, yet traditional with the natural effects of the original home. We absolutely were excited to get the floors back to the original state. (mind you quite painful during the process). We did most of the restoration, except for electrical and plumbing.
