Spacious modern family chalet in Eagle Lake, 5 minutes from Eagle Lake. Convenience/LCBO store 5 minutes down the street and 10 minutes away from Sir Sam Ski Resort. Open concept kitchen/living area with walk-out to outdoor balcony and back deck. Floor to ceiling windows bringing in beautiful sunshine. Rec room on lower level with pool table that converts to ping-pong table. Lovely lot with tall trees for privacy and south exposure, allows for beautiful sunrises and full moon amazing views.

Located in the heart of Haliburton Country, is a place to have your mind cleared up and relax, surrounded by nature in it's entire beauty, take a short hike on the hill and watch wildlife (deer, wild turkeys, squirrels and chipmunks, blue jays and more) unfolding steps away from the house. Bring your holiday toys (ATV's, wave runners, boats, skis and snowboards) and have fun with family and friends year round.

To see the nature around this location you can take the car and visit Haliburton town, Port Irwin, West Guilford, Minden, Carnarvon or any other location nearby. You also can hike in the vicinity. You can go to the beach or visit the Sir Sam's slopes, also take a hike on the hill behind the Sir Sam's slopes. Have nice views from the top of the hill. Biking is another option, you can have a mountain bike ride up and down the hill, for the enthusiasts.

House rules

Kids can have a lot of fun but it is advised to be supervised at any time, either inside or outside.

Smoking is not allowed in the house. There is a back covered terrace where smoking is allowed on any weather, and anywhere around the house with the condition to gather all the garbage and dispose in the garbage bin outside the house.

Pets are usually not allowed. Exception for little hypoallergenic dogs, which do not damage the floors and are behaving, trained to go outside for necessities.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Cristina (the owner) a message.

If Cristina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
