We have the availability to accommodate from a single person to large families that seek to come to ski at Camel Back, Big Boulder or Shawnee Mountains. However, due to some misunderstanding when this page just started, we are placing each room individually for the site.

We are just a few miles away form these Ski areas. And remember we do provide a Free healthy Breakast for all our guests. We have a movie theater room that shows most of the most recent movies that are out now.

Looking to purchase a home in the Pocono, then you choose the right place. This house is a Model home and I’ve done all your homework for you. Let me show you the best areas, what to look for, what to avoid and the best builders in the Poconos. No, I’m not a Real Estates agent, but I know a lot of them and the ones to avoid. Google “Poconos Spring Entertainment Complex’, then You will see what’s all the fuss about here in the Poconos. Did you know there are areas in the Poconos that if you purchase a home in certain communities you have to pay what’s called a HOA Fee every year? And they don’t do much for this fee you are paying? We provide lots of snacks throughout your stay and Dinner Arrangement can be made prior to booking.

We only have 1 available bathroom with a shower and bathtub (Family size bathroom) and also two (2) half bathrooms with toilet and sink.

We are very close to Camel Back, Great Wolf Lodge and Kalahari , the largest Indoor waterpark in the country and very close to the soon to be built Poconos Spring Entertainment Village.Going to the Pocono Raceway for your motor club ? For the most affordable stay in a luxury setting, come stay with us when you are going to do a few laps at the Pocono Raceway as we are the closest to the raceway than most BnB and closer than the hotels in the area. We are also close (26 mins) to downtown Stroudsburg , or if you just wanted to get away for a weekend visit us at KSK Estates, you get MORE.

Getting around

There aren't many restaurant around, but there is Macdonald's , Burger King , Chinese Restaurants, Dunkin Donuts, Kentucky and Domino's Pizza. Many of my guests who are familiar with the area, or those who googled and checked out the area and want something upscale other than a diner or Macdonalds, book ahead to have a 3 course dinner with us.

House rules

We don't offer keys, because we are always there. I am the chef and the wife is the House keeper. We are there to ensure you have a great time and thats why there is no security deposit, because just as how you would trust that we will take care of you as if you are in a Hotel, we will trust you to take care of the place as if you are in your house.

How do damage deposits work?
