Welcome to the Balcón de Cotillo complex, Los Lagos, El Cotillo, northwest of the Fuerteventura Biosphere Reserve. You spend your holiday in a prime location right on the beach and sea from the "Playa de los Lagos" and "Playa de la Concha". These beautiful beaches with tranquil lagoons and white sand, or a bay with waves invite you to swim, surf, snorkel or stand - up padlling. Or just to enjoy the peace and quiet. We guarantee cleanliness, constant maintenance and very good equipment of our apartments and look forward to welcoming you soon. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us. At TripAdvisor, the "free" communication is unfortunately only possible if the rental costs are paid in full. This makes it a bit difficult to give tips for traveling because no "data" such as names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, city names, etc. may be mentioned and blocked accordingly. Bidet, sink and washing machine - Large terrace - Large balcony with furniture for 4-5 people - TOP clean - TOP equipped - Constantly renovated, regular replacement of mattresses and upholstery Almost all apartments in the area have a size of about 40 square meters and are all the same with living-dining room-kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, terrace or balcony. Only four apartments have a frontal sea view. Due to the "oblique" arrangement of the other houses, most of the apartments (ours) have beach and sea views, sometimes even mountain views. So you can enjoy sunrise or sunset from the balcony or terrace. The apartment "Casa La Concha" (40) The 40sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a house and is reached via an outside staircase via the spacious balcony. Due to the staggered situation one takes neighbors hardly was. The apartment consists of a living / dining room (sleeps 2 for children / teenagers) with fully equipped kitchenette. Next to it are the bedroom with large wardrobe and the bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. The destination - El Cotillo El Cotillo, the original coastal town in northwestern Fuerteventura, is far from the hustle and bustle. In the alleys of the old harbor district, fishermen, individual tourists and wealthy Majoreros, who have their second residence here, meet. The charming little town of El Cotillo is known as a paradise for surfcracks, high waves and good wind conditions. So in El Cotillo an alternative surfing scene has established itself, always in search of new challenges. There are ideal conditions for "windsurfing", "kitesurfing" and traditional surfing. A small supermarket (delicious breakfast sandwiches / baguette!) And other shops are only 4 to 5 minutes walk from the apartment. A larger supermarket, a bank, numerous restaurants and bars, a laundry and other offers can be found in El Cotillo. The "Urbanización LOS LAGOS" About ten minutes walk from the "center" is the small settlement in which the apartments "Balcon de Cotillo" were built. Here, lovingly arranged in the typical style of the Canary Islands, the staggered, bright white houses were built. Due to the "privatization" and related changes in the administrative structure, much has been invested in the renovation of the complex, which is surrounded by a well-tended garden with palm trees, oleanders and more.

How do damage deposits work?
