The Villa is located 15 kms from the city of Essaouira and Mogador airport. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with fireplace, TV room, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, steam room, massage room, a game room with billiards and table football. Set on 2 levels. The linen, such as towels, pool, bed linen is provided. The villa has a WIFI broadband network satellite channels and TNT. The land of about 1 hectare is landscaped with exotic plants. There is also a playground for children, a pool area with pizza oven and barbecue, a bowling alley, a Moorish garden with pergola and fountains. The infinity pool measures 11 x 5 m and is surrounded by a low wall for the safety of the smallest. Outdoor lighting allows you to enjoy the garden at sunset. The rental price includes maintenance of the house by a housekeeper 6 days out of 7 (except Sundays) and outside of the goalkeeper. Many activities are available in the area, beach, quad biking, camel, paintball, wine, green spaces (Argan forest), boat ride, 4x4 etc ... Due to damage caused by disrespectful customer equipment we replaced pool chairs and other items but we also have therefore set up with the site for a deposit (reasonable). It is maintained by Tripadvisor the entire time and you return is after your departure. Thanks for your understanding. Do not hesitate to contact us for more details.

J'éprouve une grande satisfaction lorque les personnes qui passent par la maison repartent avec le sourire et heureux de leur séjour. Et je sais que Samir et Loubna ont le même objectif et qu'ils font ce qu'il faut pour satisfaire les locataires tout en respectant leur intimité. J'avoue que le jardin et la vue que nous avons sur la campagne sont les choses que j'apprécie également le plus lors de mes séjours à la villa.Je suis vraiment content que vous ayez apprécié ces quelques jours chez nous et nous vous accueilleront toujours avec le plus grand des plaisirs.

Les personnes qui travaillent sur place et moi-mmême mettons tout en oeuvre afin de rendre le séjour de nos locataires le plus agréable possible. Il est vrai que les photos ne reflètent pas le travail qui a été fait dans le jardin, d'autant plus que certaines plantes arrivent à maturité. j'essaie de mettre à jour la page sur Tripadvisor régulièrement avec de nouvelles prises de vues mais si vous en avez qui date de votre séjour n'hésitez à les partager, le site le permet. Votre avis me fait d'autant plus plaisir car vous avez mis l'accent sur les vrais points forts de la villa: le jardin, la piscine, les espaces de jeux, les services et le calme pour des vacances reposantes. L'idée étant de sortir pour visiter et faire des activités et s'octroyer le droit par moment de rester à la maison sur un transat, sous la tente berbère,dans la piscine sans que les enfants ne tournent en rond. De profiter d'une grande maison sans avoir à s'acquitter de la plupart des tâches ménagères.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Vincent (the owner) a message.

If Vincent (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
