Description

Tajuya is an ancient settlement of La Palma, the name comes from pre-Hispanic times. It is located about halfway between El Paso and Los Llanos. The nearest beaches and in the woods is just a few minutes. The house Tajuya N ° 12 is not built by the original inhabitants, the Guanches, but has nevertheless already almost two centuries under his belt. We have completely renovated and extended to a small bath house. A bathroom by today's standards did not know the ancients here. On the ground floor of the main house there is a cozy bedroom with double bed, on the first floor a spacious living / bedroom with twin beds that can be put together. A large sofa bed is also available there. At right angles to the main house, the kitchen house is attached. Fitted solid wood, gas stove with oven, refrigerator, sink, XXL refrigerator, dishwasher and a cozy sitting area with corner bench invites you to cooking, eating and relaxing. Directly in front of the two houses are table and chairs for outdoor living. A barbecue and lush vegetation complete the picture. It looks out over the neighboring sea garden. A few steps across the paved courtyard courtyard lead to the bath house with shower, sink, washing machine and toilet. Among the "peculiarities" of Casa Dálmatas include satellite TV, a DVD player and a small stereo with Bluetooth and USB. Our Wi-Fi is free, and takes as 3,000m streaming to. During the renovation great emphasis was placed on maintaining the original character of the building. This means that for example, has been well received the old wooden floor between bedroom and living room and the masonry was partially visible. In the neighborhood are within walking distance Local serving local, Italian and international cuisine. Shops are found in approximately 2 km away, a bus stop in about 200m. Minimum five night minimum stay five nights. Estancia mínima cinco noches.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
