Description

On the domain of the finca “La Roca Blanca” you will find Casita Tres, a detached restored traditional Spanish casita (42 m2) for 4 persons. It has a terrace from where you have fantastic views over the valley and the dry river. Further it has all necessary facilities and you can use a communal swimming pool. Casita Tres is 6 km from the coast and within walking distance (1.5 km) from the village of El Perelló on the finca LA ROCA BLANCA. Detached, with lots of privacy and spread over the 6 hectare olive grove there are five rustic cottages El Dragonet, Almendra, Casita Tres, Casa Roca - a Shepherd hut-, a holiday house-Can Dragó and a large swimming pool. Casita Tres is part of the 6.5 hectare Finca. All houses are spread over a terraced estate with mainly olive and almond trees and offers a lot of privacy. The Finca itself is still in operation and produces it's own organic cold-pressed olive oil. This means all vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants are still in the oil. This is the best oil you can get and is of course also for sale. Dogs are welcome.

This house has an official registration and has been recognized by the Generalitat de Catalunya

“rust ruimte natuur en lekker eten op terrasjes”

klein huisje met grote tuin. sfeervol en gezellig.Alles is aanwezig om een goede vakantie te hebben.de omgeving is ideaal om te wandelen en van de natuur te genieten. hier kun je nog aan het strand liggen in het hoogseizoen en niemand zien.Heb je vragen dan loop je ff naar de huisbaas deze staan altijd voor je klaar en hebben goede tips voor je. goede aanrader voor een heerlijke vakantie dus. wij hebben genoten.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
