Description

Sun, sea, rest and space offers this unique Casa with magnificent views over the environment. At 1,5 km from El Perelló and 7 km from the beach you find, in the middle of the campo between the olive trees, this Casita for 5 persons. The idea is based on the shepherds huts which are here everywhere. They were originally used as a hideout by the shepherd with his dog and flock of sheep or goats. The hut is built with the same rocks from the environment and provided with all conveniences. The total area is 37 m ², it has two bedrooms, a living room/dining room, kitchen, toilet and shower. Outside is a covered terrace with BBQ. You can also use a large common swimming pool (10x5 m.) of the Finca La Roca Blanca and…. dogs are always welcome! The hut is, with 4 other vacation rentals, part of the 6.5 hectare Finca La Roca Blanca. The houses are spread over a terraced estate with mainly olive and almond trees and all houses offer a lot of privacy. The Finca itself is still in operation and produces it's own organic cold-pressed olive oil. This means all vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants are still in the oil. This is the best oil you can get and is of course also for sale.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Ilse & Mark (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
