New penthouse in a residencial complex with swimming pool available for vacation rentals in the area of El Perello, Valencia. Walking distance from the beach, close to the Albufera lake, and 20 minutes from Valencia city. Ideal for families with kids.The apartment The spacious three room apartment (190m2 including terrace) is fully furnished and decorated with a summer style. There are 3 bedrooms - 1.Double bed with its own bathroom, 2.Single bed (possibility to make it 2 twin beds) with balcony ,3. Single bed with balcony. The terrace has fantastic views to the green rice fields from the back and seaviews on the front.Kitchen The kitchen has a simple cooking place, refrigerator and fridge and extra fridge for drinks (good for the summer time). Oven and microwave, washing machine and coffee machine.During the day you will enjoy the sea, swimming pool, or for more active visitors there are beautiful bike and walking routes nearby. You will love spending evenings on the terrace with BBQ, or relaxing in the winter in front of the chimmeney.Location The apartment is located in a village 20 minutes from Valencia. There are bars and restaurants nearby and a big supermarket only 1 minute walk from the apartment. Access by car: direct road (secondary road) from Valencia Access by public transport: direct bus from the centre of the Valencia. (Bus stop is only 2 minutes walk from the apartment) Ideal for families with kids. Linen and towels provided.Please no not hesitate to ask me if you have any enquiries

“BEST HOLIDAY IN A TRULY FANTASTIC APARTMENT EVER”

The apartment is extremely well furnished and very comfortable The terraces and balconies with the stunning views and was great for the 'alfresco' dining. With the beach less than five minutes away this was the perfect place to be. Barbara and her family fantastically helpful and generous with the use of her bicycles and travel to and from Valencia they really made us feel part of the family. We will definitely visit again

How do damage deposits work?
