BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The Ennis House is 2 blocks south of Main Street. It has two bedrooms each with a queen size bed and two bathrooms. You'll be pleasantly surprised by the high end finishes and furnishings. You'll also be walking distance to restaurants, galleries, shopping, public fishing access and more.

BEDROOMS AND BATHS: Comfortably appointed with two bedrooms each with a queen size bed and luxurious linens. The master includes and en suite bathroom with a tiled, walk-in shower, large closet and back patio access. The house has two full bathrooms.

KITCHEN: The beautiful and recently updated kitchen is large and fully equipped with all the amenities you'll need to prepare a meal at home, including a gas range.

LIVING ROOM: The comfortable living room has plenty of seating for gathering to tell stories about the day's adventures. Cozy up to the gas fireplace after a long day on the river. There is satellite TV service in the living room.

DINING AREA: The dining room is open to both the kitchen and living room, which is ideal for entertaining. Dining room table seats six and a breakfast bar is also available for extra seating. Additional dining options are available on the back patio.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: There is a large deck with a nice dining table and other comfortable outdoor seating. A gas BBQ grill is provided for your enjoyment. There is on street parking in front of the house as well as off street parking behind the house. The yard is partially fenced and very private.

SERVICES AVAILABLE: The rental rate includes an end-of-stay cleaning. Guests staying two weeks or longer will enjoy a weekly "spiff up" cleaning during their stay. Additional housekeeping can be arranged with a bit of prior notice.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY: Fishermen will have plenty of choices of where to go including the Madison River, Yellowstone National Park and on the Henry's Fork of the Snake River. Other great activities include hiking, mountain biking, shopping and dining in the small western town of Ennis, and visiting historic Virginia and Nevada City. Bozeman is only a scenic hour drive from Ennis. For an especially memorable experience in Yellowstone National Park, book a private tour!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
