Description

The house is comprised by 2 floors and a nice sea-view roof terrace. The ground floor has an open area combining kitchen, dining area and living room. A comfortable sofa invites to relax after a day on the beach. For your entertainment you have a flat screen TV with cable channels, CD and DVD player and WiFi internet. Also located in the ground floor is a double bed room with en suite bathroom.

The marble staircase leads onto the first floor, where a twin bedroom and a single bed room share one further bathroom. Each room has a little terrace facing west, with sun from lunchtime towards sunset.

From here the stairway leads up to the roof terrace, equipped with wooden outdoor furniture, umbrella and barbeque. Enjoy the nice sea view all day long and sunsets invite for al fresco dining. The house is decorated with original artwork, including fused glass lamps and mirror frames as well as several oil paintings.

Parking: There is free parking in the neighboring streets and a larger parking place (free) within about 5 min walk.

I'm welcoming personally my guests and will show you around, in order to find the closest beaches, shops, restaurants and bars. As being located in the historical center, everything is pretty close and the center is not huge, you'll feel at home in an instance. I'm living nearby, so in case you need to resolve anything, just call me. For any further questions (like infos on surflessons, board rentals, airport transfer, winery and sightseeing tours, etc.) please don’t hesitate to contact me.

How do damage deposits work?

If Herwig (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
