With a privileged, LOCATION in the center of Ericeira, the Design Apartments hugs the picturesque village of Ericeira with the sea as horizon.

Overlooking the sea and the village of Ericeira, this complex offers 2 apartments with accommodation for 6 people each.

All apartments include air conditioning, 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 bathrooms. The spacious living room features a balcony with panoramic sea views and has a satellite TV, sofas, a fireplace and a DVD player.

Guests can cook their own meals in the fully equipped kitchen or the barbecue facilities in the pool area. The living room has a dining area with windows overlooking the surrounding area. The Design Apartments offers an outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi in all areas.

Located on a hill and designed with an architecture of modern lines, this new development of 3 apartments, 165 m2 each, one per floor and the absence of neighboring buildings (aggregate), allows us to enjoy the large indoor and outdoor spaces. Two apartments were designed and carefully decorated to holiday.

OUTSIDE, through the garden, we reached a secluded area where we found the pool and barbecue, this being conditional access space, if necessary, in the case of young children.

Inside, the finishes of 1st quality, as heated floors in limestone marble flooring the bathrooms in Italian ceramic or handmade carpentry wood lacquered white, customize and delight.

ROOM 45 m2 facing the sea with large glazed areas not only allow the entry of light but also a glimpse into the vast horizon of sea (a visual distance of 150 m), while contemplating the typical white fishing village Ericeira, providing comfort and well-being.

SUITE also allows us to relax and contemplate the sea through its large glass door, still allowing the trip to the balcony and HEAR THE BEAT WAVES.

Everything has been thought to surprise and satisfy, so that your stay will provide you a pleasant holiday and your satisfaction is our contentment.

The apartment is located in a quiet central area in Ericeira, within walking distance (5-10 min) of a variety of beaches and the center of Ericeira, where you can enjoy restaurants with typical food of animation in the streets or bars to relax, dance and listen to good music. The house is conveniently located 5-15 minutes walking distance from Several supermarkets and groceries shops.

The apartment is new and is framed in a modern building. It is decorated in a sophisticated and modern style, with all new equipment and furniture, in order to provide high quality stays with diverse and creative environments.

The Design Apartments provides a shuttle to / from the airport, daily cleaning and laundry service and breakfast for a fee.

The village of Ericeira is full of attractions such as restaurants, bars, outdoor cafes and nightclubs as well as shopping and historic attractions to visit. It also has many activities associated with surf, since the Ericeira is one of the world's surfing. Throughout the coast of Ericeira, there are a variety of beaches known for its richness in minerals and iodine by the typical Portuguese coast.

How do damage deposits work?
