Set on a hill in the middle of the village of Ericeira, in a quiet central area, the Paradise Village embraces a set of centuries-old palm trees, creating an idyllic atmosphere, with the horizon the ocean in all its splendor, providing the morning wake up in a real heavenly privilege. Designed by renowned architect Vítor Quintas, and built by the company that owns the Paradise Village, with good service renowned, was designed, from its inception and decorated to serve you with complete satisfaction for your holiday repeated.

It is a luxurious 3 bedroom villa located in the village of Ericeira which includes a spacious living room allowing you to relax in two different places. One dedicated to the TV room and the other a more intimate relaxation. A dining room with a great view of light to the garden, accompanied by a kitchen that connects to the pool, also stand out on the ground floor. Going up to the second floor you will find three sophisticated suites, elegantly decorated, each accompanied by its own private bathroom. In one, you will be surprised by a magnificent spa type jacuzzi with a privileged view, to music selected by you. The garden surrounding the house, provides delicious moments either in the pool or BBQ on warm evenings. Downstairs, there is a games room where you can recreate leisure and fun.

When you enter in your outdoor space is covered by your garden that surrounds and invites you to visit the pool, with its leisure space in DEK natural wood, where the sun is a constant and the wind does not seem to exist. In the same space, the barbecue is a complement to the pleasures of life. Upon entering the main hall is the harbinger for the imagined satisfaction, glimpsing two small rooms, which after climbing three small steps to your right, you can rest in chez longue or read more intimacy. Á your left, the dining room with its large windows give you meals in the company of loved ones, always look to contemplate the outside. Right there next to the kitchen, sometimes ill loved part of a house, enchants us: beautiful and charming, communicates and smiles at the pool. At the top of Paradise are the suites that stand out for their beauty and intimacy, and in the bathrooms one daring element for its visual display, making it a rich part of beauty and art. For all this, your satisfaction will be our satisfaction.

The house is within walking distance (7-10 min) from a variety of beaches and the town center, where you can enjoy restaurants with typical food, animation in the streets or bars to relax, dance and enjoy a good song. About 10-15 min find supermarkets and mini markets to which they can move on foot or by car.

The village of Ericeira is full of attractions such as restaurants, bars, outdoor cafes, nightclubs, shops and other historical attractions to visit. It also has many activities associated with surfing, since it is considered one of the world's surfing. Throughout the coast of Ericeira, there are a variety of beaches known for its richness in minerals and iodine by the typical Portuguese coast.

How do damage deposits work?
