The Villa is located in Peloponnese in the heart of Southern mainland Greece and more specific in Hermionis a region of Argolis peninsula. The Villa of Eperia stands 3km out of Hermione in Dardisa an area full of olive groves, wild low Mediterranean vegetation and beautiful small beaches.

Chelonisi Homes, include 2 bathrooms &showers, 2 open kitchens, 3 bedrooms and are consisted of two independent guesthouses of the Villa externally connected: Hermion House(photos 01-11) and Xenon House (photos 12-21 ).

Hermion House has a large bedroom with a double bed, a boat-cabin bedroom with a bunk bed for two; a lounge with a fireplace &air-condition and a sofa that unfolds into a bed for one person; an open kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The house welcomes max. up to 5 residents.

Xenon House has a bedroom with a double bed, a lounge with a fireplace &air-condition and two sofas that unfold into two beds; an open kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The house welcomes max. up to 4 residents, it is ideal for family and seasonal vacations.

Through the gardens Chelonisi Homes have a direct access to a beautiful beach of which is parts are sandy, stony or pebblish and is consisted of a pier, a sea gazebo and near of a small rocky islet called Turtle-island(Chelonesi) of great natural beauty. Sun-loungers seasonally are available.

Within the gardens and the olive groves, you will find a traditional stone build terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast or your dinner especially during the summer season, a traditional barbecue corner where you can grill, a garden shower under the shade of our old palms and among flowers, a playground with a sandbox and swings. Bicycles and canoes might also be available for free. Free Wi-Fi access can be given, covering all the above mentioned areas except the rocky island.

How do damage deposits work?
