Description

Private studio for two people with its own entrance & small garden/veranda with sea and mountain views. Offers two large single beds, airconditioning, table for two, fully equipped kitchenette and a large refrigerator. There is a private toilet with shower. There is also a large table and arm chairs in the garden for outdoor dining.

The studio is situated in a peaceful area with the best possible views of the village and the sea from both sides of the property. There is very easy parking, almost private and in shaded area. Its inside area is 30 sq.m. The studio is ideally situated for you to unlock the unique flavor of the village, within walking distance from the center and the harbor (10 min) through the Ermioni "old town".

You will find the place clean and tidy, with fresh, five-star-quality linen and towels. It has a great sea, mountain and village view from its windows and the private garden. Since it is situated at the top of the Ermioni hill the view from the back side of the property is just as great. Ermioni village is a peninsular surrounded by sea and the property is in the quietest area and only 150 m from the sea.

The Pomegran studio is ideal for couples that what to relax in a comfortable place and explore the area too. There are many sandy beaches all around our area that you have to explore and choose from. We shall provide you with all you need to know about the area, so that you will visit only the best and unspoilt.

Ermioni village is very close to many famous historical sites and islands which you can visit in daily or half day excursions. Just google places like Nafplio town, Epidavros ancient theater, Mycenaearcheological site and of course Hydra, Spetses and Poros islands.

Our guests should expect a very friendly family like holiday, in a private spotless property. our own google map guide will guide you to the best local shops and restaurants, hidden gems and the intriguing local landmarks: the things you won't find in any guidebook. This will help you escape the tourist traps and to experience the village and the area the way the locals do.

PS. We advice you to always let us know about your specific needs in terms of days of stay, arrival/departure times, extra person, baby cot, transportation, etc. We are very flexible and we can make special arrangements if we know in advance.

If you're looking for a comfortable and quiet place to stay, with many options to spend your time around, you may consider the Pomegran Studio. Totally isolated from Ermioni village but close enough to serve everyday needs. Clean, spacey and fully equipped deserves our strong recommendation. Owners are helpful, too.

Good beds, bathroom on the small side, nice big fridge, good kitchen, friendly owners. A very nice courtyard with lovely plants. Very private.

“Our second visit to Ermioni and the fantastic Treehouse holiday home”

This was our second visit to Ermioni and the Treehouse holiday home. We stayed in one of the two studios. A nice private & peaceful garden with furniture to eat outdoors, overlooks the village and the sea. The studio itself was much bigger than the average room size you get with the same price. Again very tidy - spotless really- with a very well equipped kitchenette with all utensils in brand new condition, a new flat screen TV (28" maybe?) and linen smelling home-fresh from the distance. After our previous experience in the larger family apartment, anything less would have been a disaster. We don't know if it is always so, but we found a welcome pack more than enough to get us going the next morning which except tea, coffee, butter, milk, fruit, jam included a home made "ravani" which we had to ask for the recipe. No compromises made, the large refrigerator had 3 bottled waters and fresh oranges to squize. Thank you. PS. The main extra you get if you book the other studio (the seaurchin) is the amazing balcony which has GREAT view.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Nikos & Yota (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
