Description from owner

Description

The cottage, built from the local gres rose, is situated in the old quarter of Erquy, where the local fishermen lived, overlooking the bay and in walking distance to all amenities and activities : the local boulangerie for your morning's fresh croissants, the port bars and restaurants for an evening promenade and the many beautiful, unspoilt beaches. For the more active, Erquy offers all manner of activities for all ages: sailing, kayaking, windsurfing, standup paddle, bicycle hire to explore the numerous cycle paths, tennis courts 5 minutes away, and spectacular walks along the coast and inland. In the summer, Erquy entertains with seasonal local 'fetes' celebrating Breton culture. A visit to the weekly markets are a must to sample local produce, especially seafood, cheeses, fruits and vegetables.

The cottage's walled south facing garden ensures privacy and also security for small children.
